Powder Coating Oven

This oven is used for curing of powder coating freshly done on the oven. During the curing process (in the oven) a chemical cross-linking reaction is triggered at the curing temperature and it is this chemical reaction which gives the powder coating many of its desirable properties
  • Uniform heating
  • Trolley system for easy loading/unloading the Electrodes in to the oven.
  • Vertical Up and Down type counterweight balanced Doors for easy lifting
  • A burner is installed at the top in a separate chamber as shown in the figure and the heat flows from both2qAZ23 side of the wall.
  • Through air circulation fans in to main chamber and gives uniform heating.
  • A control panel is provided with the oven to give sequential control for easy operations for the operator, and at the end of cycle it automatically shuts off the oven gives alarm to operator.
  • Control Panel includes 1 temperature controller, 1 Volt meter, 1 Buzzer/Hooter.
  • On burner Failures for any reason the gas supply will be cut off and an audio visual alarm will go off with an indication of burner failure.

Advance /Optional features Of Electrodes Baking Oven

  • A temperature Controller with soaking time function.This feature will allow the Oven to automatically shut down the oven when the annealing process is complete. Allowing least attention to the Oven.
  • New: 8 Segment Controller. (ask for more details.)
  • Motorized Trolley System to provide for in and out movement of trolley from the Oven with Just a Push Of a Button. ( Recommended with large size ovens)
  • Inner construction can be made of steel 304 grade.( Gives extra Life to the oven)
